Boxercise Classes
Train like a Fighter - Get Fit Without Getting Hit.

You don't have to be a boxer to join these classes. You will learn the basic stance and techniques of boxing while being motivated through high-energy workouts at the boxing gym that will improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength and endurance. 
These classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. 


Bootcamp Classes
For the fitness buffs that like to be tested

Our bootcamp classes are a hardcore 45 minute, high-intensity workout that focus on all of aspects of training the body - cardiovascular, muscular and stamina. A myriad of exercises including plyometrics, weight-based exercises, and cardiovascular toning keep these classes fun yet challenging. 
These classes are suitable for mid-to-high fitness levels.

PROGRAMS

Competitive Program
A complete comprehensive training schedule focused on training for competition.

This program is available to all individuals who would like to compete in boxing or MMA, either as an amateur or professional. The program is designed to work on specific areas necessary to competition such as technique, defence, conditioning and sparring. As each day focuses on a different aspect of boxing, competitors are encouraged to attend the gym as much as possible. 
Each day includes personal instruction from the coaches, the program is geared toward progressive boxing.

Technical Boxing Classes
Learn the techniques and fundamentals of boxing

The technical boxing classes focus on the basics of boxing, without the aspects of competition. You will learn proper stance, offence, defence and tactics. Classes will include personal instruction from coaches, while based around a boxer's workout such as shadow-boxing, pad work and bag work.
These classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels, geared towards beginners.

Personal Training

Personal training is a chance for you to get the best workout for your time. Whether you’re looking to be pushed towards your peak physical performance, or sharpen your boxing technique through instruction and pad work, booking a personal training session is a great way to have a workout fit to your exact needs.
Personal sessions are optimal for getting the focus and attention you desire, having an instructor correct form and build a program specifically suited to keep your workout progressing to goals set before you.
